Notes:  There are currently 862 homes on the market in Frederick County. This makes roughly a 3-4 month inventory.   Cash deals were 16% of sales.

Sellers got 95% of list price on average, compared to 94% at this same time last year.

The inventory is creeping back up from a low of 650 this summer, as more homeowners are hopeful that their home values are appreciating. The number of homes on the market is still lower than the normal 1200 to 1400. Demand slows down during the holidays.
