Investors Are Boosting the Frederick Real Estate Market
After keeping and publishing Frederick County Real Estate Market Statistics for 3+ years, I've noticed a trend over the last year: The number of cash deals are much higher than in the past. The usual
percentage of monthly sales that are cash deals have consistently been between 5% and 9
%. It begs the question: What do investors know about home values and the future of real estate that we could take a lesson from them?
