Note: There are currently 1368 listings for sale in Frederick County, (1245 were residential) that makes roughly a 5 month inventory. Inventory is half what it was 18 months ago, the number of homes sold has increased over last year at this time. We're seeing a stable market. *Other notable sales statistics: 71% of homes sold were under $300,000. (First-time buyers and investors) This month 17% of the transactions were cash transactions.
