Note: There are currently 4452 homes listed for sale in Montgomery County, that makes roughly a 4-5 month inventory. Inventory is continuing to go down month after month, the number of homes sold has increased over last year. We're seeing the market stabilize.
*Other notable sales statistics: 48% of the 859 homes that sold last month sold in under 30 days. 47% were Conventional financing, 33% were FHA, and 12% were cash.
