Note: There are currently 4478 homes listed for sale in Montgomery County, that makes roughly a 4 month inventory. Inventory is down 26% from last August, prices are falling at a slower rate. The number of homes sold has increased by 23% over last year. We're seeing the market stabilize.
*Other notable sales statistics: 42% of the 967 homes that sold last month sold in under 30 days. 48% were Conventional financing, 34% were FHA, and 12% were cash.
