There are currently 91 homes listed for sale in Urbana.
We're seeing a lot of short sales and foreclosures in the Urbana real estate market. Traditional sellers are pricing their homes more realistically and we're seeing those sales taking place. The price corrections are continuing, but the declines are starting to slow down. 
The number of pending sales are double the number of sales last month, a great sign for the spring market. Some of these will fall out, of course, but this number is promising.
