Frederick County Neighborhood Report: New Market

New Market, with it's Antique stores and good commuter location, has great appeal, especially to nature lovers who find a home in Lake Linganore.  September has seen another bump in sales activity in New Market.

Total units sold:                        13                       10       up 30%
Days on Market:                       82                       107      down 23%

Many neighborhoods in Frederick County have experienced the end of the summer sales bump, including Frederick City, Middletown, Walkersville, and Brunswick. Mount Airy and Urbana have had the opposite in sales in September:
