Although Frederick County as a whole experienced a bump in Real Estate sales during the month of September, Mount Airy didn't experience such good news. Mount Airy is a lovely commuter community with a small-town appeal. Located within 1/2 hour of several larger cities, and spreading over the 4 corners of Frederick, Montgomer, Carroll and Howard Counties, Mount Airy has always held its values pretty well.
